Composition: 

Each 1 ml contains: 

Sulphadimidine-Na  : 21.3 mg 

Sulphaguanidine :  21.3 mg 

Sulphadiazine-N  : 28.4 mg 

Dihydrostreptomycin sulphate : 7.6 mg 

Neomycin sulphate : 1.8 mg 

Hyoscine hydrobromide : 0.02 mg 

Sodium chloride : 11.33 mg 

Calcium gluconate : 2.2 mg 

Magnesium sulphate : 0.6 mg 

Potassium chloride : 3.6 mg 

Kaolin :  103.3 mg 

Pectin : 7.1 mg 

Glycine : 20.9 mg 

Properties: 

Scourmaj is a leading suspension contains electrolytes and glycine which assist in the restoration of fluid balance. Scourmaj suspension has a wide spectrum effect, it soothes and protects the gut. Sulphonamides and antibiotics exert antibacterial effect. Hyoscine hydrobromide acts as an antispasmodic. Kaolin and pectin absorb bactertial toxins and provide protective coating in inflamed mucosa. 

Indications: 

For the treatment of bacterial infections causing gastroenteritis and scour/pneumonia complex. For restoring electrolyte loss, reducing intestinal mobility and elimination of bacterial toxins. 

 Dosage and administration: 

Small animals: 4-8 ml / 8-10 kg bodyweight. 

Calves and other large animals: 30 ml/ 25 kg bodyweight. 

Lambs: 5 ml/ Animal. 

• For oral use only. 
• Each plunger depression delivers: 1 ml. 
• The dosage should be doubled for initial treatment. Thereafter treat as above night and morning. 

 Directions for use: 

• Shake well before use. 
• Remove cap and attach pump. 
• Turn dosing nozzle anti-clockwise, as indicated by arrow, to unlock plunger. 
• Depress plunger to deliver suspension. 

• This pump pack has been specifically designed for use in lambs, kids and other small animals. 

Warnings: 

Not for use in bobby calves. 

 Withdrawal period: 

• Milk: Not for use in lactating dairy cows. 
• Meat and offal: Animals meat and offal shouldn’t be used for human consumption during treatment and within 14 days from the last treatment.
• Storage: 

Store at a temperature below 30oC
